RMA Policy

Total ESL Solutions’ products are proudly designed and produced with the highest performance and quality in mind. As a result, we are able to offer our valued customers our 3-Year Parts and Labor Warranty. In the rare event that one of our products does not perform according to our specifications or our customer’s expectations, Total ESL Solutions on-site Technical Support staff will work diligently to resolve each case. Total ESL Solutions may also choose to provide an Advanced Replacement unit depending on the details of each individual case.

Troubleshooting and RMA Procedure

  2. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, please follow the instructions on our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form to request an RMA number.

RMA Instructions:

  1. Each section on our RMA Request Form must be completed in order to receive an RMA number* *Note: All Total ESL Solutions RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
  2. Each package being returned to ESL Solutions must have the RMA number on the outer box along with the following shipping info:
